429 – “Love me or hate me are both in my favor. If you love me, I’ll always be in your heart. If you hate me, I’ll always be in your mind.”

–anonymous [Falsely Attributed to William Shakespeare, see Source Notes]

Quote Number:  339

Source: Unknown

Source Notes: Often falsely attributed to William Shakespeare. While there is no extent record of this or any similar quote from the Bard’s work. It has been suggested (see here) that it may be a poor summarization of his Sonnet 90, as this sonnet contains a similar theme.
