–Severus Snape in J K Rowling’s Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

Source Notes: Personally, I feel that this is one of the most loaded quotes in the entire Harry Potter series as there is the direct meaning referring to Snape’s love for Lily Potter, but the context also implies Snape’s ambiguous love for Harry, through his love for Lily, and his loyalty toward Dumbledore, because of his anger at Voldemort for killing Lily.
